group_pic03The Processing division currently operates 10 meat-processing facilities throughout Japan. Our main function is to process meat, ham, and sausage products and to sell them to retailers, restaurants, mass merchandisers, and distributors across Japan.

We collaborate with each customer to produce new customized products using both imported and domestic materials to create the best products possible. Our most important job is to serve as a mediator, establishing good communication between local producers, and the end users, gathering important information on current developments in product availability, price ranges, and so on.

At each processing center, we have a curriculum to educate employees on regulations for food processing, and government-mandated bacteriological examinations to make sure every item processed at our facilities is thoroughly checked, and examined properly. We want every customer we serve to feel secure and assured.

Our employees are all trained and well aware of the responsibilities and duties they must perform. They are all action-oriented with flexible minds to respond quickly to cope with any issues may arise.

The relationships between employees in this division are friendly and congenial. They have developed a working environment where everyone can communicate freely and help each other challenge new things; they all share a strong sense of belonging and solidarity.

The processing division takes an important role in connecting the place of origin and our customers. Along with many years of the skill and the knowledge as a meat professional,
we provide high quality products corresponding the needs of our customers.
We keep delivering secure and safe products based on science and engineering inspection so that we build trust from our customers. In addition, we establish industry management policies and behavioral guidelines listed the basic ideas and the standards toward hygiene and safety of our processing factories and educate the employees periodically.
