Information on procedures for company name change
We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to everyone for your continued patronage. Our company name (trade name) is going to change as of May 1, 2019. Therefore, we would like to inform you about some business procedures after the date of company name change as follows.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
１．New Company Name (New Trade Name)
２．About the change of our bank account name
The change of bank account name is expected to be completed by the end of May as it will be processed after the company name change registration. For bank transfer after June, please use the new company name.
Please note that there is no change in bank, account type and account number.

（New）Account Name HANEWFOODS INC．
３．About registration documents
Please instruct each person in charge of documents that require a company name change procedure, such as the presentation of a seal-impression and a supplier registration form. We will respond promptly after May.
４．About the handling such as contracts
The agreement, etc. signed under the old company name by April 30, 2019 will be succeeded to by the new company name from May 1, 2019. Please replace the old company name “Hannan Corporation” described in the agreement with the new company name “HANEWFOODS INC.”. In addition, please contact each person in charge if it is necessary to re-conclude a contract or a memorandum.
５．About email address
As the company name changes, the domain name (the part after @) of our email address will be changed as follows from May 1. (There is no change in the part before @.)
（old）email address firstname.lastname@example.org
（new）email address email@example.com
The old email address is still usable for the time being, but it would be nice if you could change it early.
